In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please email elle.guest@hotmail.co.uk with reasoning and I will be happy to issue you a refund providing legitimate reasoning. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days back to the original payment method (excluding delivery charges).
Returns of Paintings
I do not except returns of paintings as this is a very unique purchase and is too risky to return because of their fragile nature. Each painting will be insured up to the price of the painting when sent with the chosen postal service. In the unlikely event that the painting is delivered and is damaged I will be able to claim for this damage and refund the purchase for you.
